Martin Alder has over 17000 flight hours, ranging from light aircraft through corporate operations to world-wide airline operations in wide body aircraft. He has a long history in training, ranging from light aircraft up to the Airbus A320. In addition he has a substantial amount of experience in technical matters gained during his period working in corporate jet operations and an airline technical department. This has been supplemented by participation at a variety industry based organisations involving technical and safety matters over the last 30 years up to Regulatory Authority level.

This was preceded by a period in Air Traffic Service at a major provider, giving a wide range of experience in support and operations as well as operational controller duties. Additional experience at a small airfield adds “grass roots” knowledge and understanding to his great variety of experience.
